With its predecessor being Beijing JIYI Chemical Co., Ltd. established in 2002, Beijing JIYI Holdings Group Co. Ltd. is located in Fangshan District, Beijing, 8 km south of Yanshan Petrochemical, north of Liuli Ancient River, and west of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. In 2003, it built a new production line of 4,000 tons/year of alkyl phenol with independent intellectual property rights and successfully put it into production; in 2014, it successfully put the second production line of 4,000 tons/year of alkyl phenol into production; in 2015, it successfully put the third production line of 4,000 tons/year of alkyl phenol into production, thus making its total capacity reach 12,000 tons/year, passed the certification of IOS quality, OHS and environmental systems, and won the honor of the national high-tech enterprise qualification; in 2007, it successfully put a newly-designed production line of 8,000 tons/year of alkyl phenol into production, laying its leading position in the industry of high-purity alkyl phenol; in 2008, it was forced to shift itself to the investment in the construction of antioxidant production line due to the drain of alkyl phenol technology; in 2009, it successfully put a new production line of 10,000 tons/year of antioxidants with independent intellectual property rights into operation; in 2010, it built a production line of composite antioxidants and granulation with an annual output of 5,000 tons/year; in 2011, it further expanded the production capacity of its alkyl phenol plant to 42,000 tons/year; in 2012, it built a new antioxidant plant with an annual output of 15,000 tons and successfully put it into operation; in October 2013, it officially won the honor of high-tech enterprise qualification in Zhongguancun; in 2014, it built a new production line of compound antioxidants and granulation with an annual output of 5,000 tons/year; in 2020, Beijing JIYI Chemical Co. Ltd. renamed itself Beijing JIYI Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and established JIYI (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. to develop the industrialization technology of new products related to alkyl phenol and antioxidants.

As a subsidiary of JIYI Holdings Group established in 2014, Jiangsu JIYI New Materials Co. Ltd. is located in Fengxian County, Xuzhou, known as "the hometown of a great emperor", covering an area of 801 mu (15mu=1 hectare). In 2015, it started the construction of an alkyl phenol plant with an annual output of 58,000 tons/year and an antioxidant plant with an annual output of 55,000 tons/year; in 2016, it built an integrated anti-aging solution R&D center; in 2017, it built a production line of compound antioxidants and granulation with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons/year, and won the honor of national high-tech enterprise qualification; in 2018, it successfully put the alkyl phenol plant and the antioxidant plant into operation, realized the operation of dual bases, and made its alkyl phenol capacity reach 100,000 tons/year and its antioxidant capacity reach 80,000 tons/year; in 2019, it started the construction of the plant of 42,000 tons/year of alkyl phenol and the plant of 45,000 tons/year of antioxidants, and its R & D center was identified as a provincial engineering technology center; in 2020, its R & D center was identified as a provincial enterprise technology center, and it passed the certification of the ISO quality, OHS and environmental systems; in 2021, it put the new plant of alkyl phenol and antioxidant into operation, both the alkyl phenol capacity and the antioxidant capacity of its Xuzhou base reached 100,000 tons/year respectively and it built a new production line of 20,000 tons/year of compound antioxidants and granulation.

Established in 2017, Jiangsu JIYI International Trade Co. Ltd. is located in Global Port Golden Business Building, Xuzhou and is a general dispatch center of international sales network set up by JIYI Holdings Group with the goal of better serving international customers.

Established in 2014, JIYI Cologne Office in Germany is the European service center set up for JIYI’s global sales network, providing convenient and prompt localized services and high-quality products to users in the Middle East and Europe.

Established in 2013, JIYI USA Co., Ltd. is the Americas service center set up for JIYI’s global sales network, providing localized service and high-quality products to users in North and South America.
